Leor is the head of Davis Polk’s Investment Management practice. He advises a wide range of clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, hedge, credit, secondary, real estate and infrastructure funds.

As a leading adviser for complicated secondary transactions, he acts for elite buy-side players and major sponsors, structuring and steering the secondaries market’s most complex and innovative transactions.

Leor has deep experience advising on acquisitions, seeds and spinouts of investment advisers. He also represents large institutional investors that invest in private funds and regularly provides regulatory and compliance advice to his private fund clients.
