Thiago holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He has been part of the Felsberg team since 2014, working in both advisory and litigation roles in the field of Corporate Insolvency, handling national and international bankruptcy and corporate reorganization proceedings. He also has extensive international experience, having worked as an international legal consultant on a Restructuring and Insolvency team at one of the largest law firms in the United States.
