Career

André is the partner in charge of the firm’s Asset Recovery and Enforcement practice. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and arbitration, including international matters, he advises Brazilian and foreign clients on highly complex asset recovery cases, asset investigations, commercial disputes and cross-border insolvency proceedings.

His expertise includes matters involving foreign judgments and arbitral awards, cross-border insolvency proceedings and coordination with international stakeholders; asset tracing involving offshore structures, trusts and private foundations; and extensive experience in corporate, contractual and insolvency-related disputes.
