Career

Head of the Environment and Sustainability Department at Felsberg Advogados, Daniela has nearly 15 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in corporate environmental issues. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Law from PUC/SP, with a dissertation on the legal discipline of biological resources in Brazil and the challenges of the access and benefit-sharing regime. A professor in the COGEAE/PUC-SP postgraduate program in "Environmental Law and Strategic Management of Sustainability," she also holds specializations in Environmental and Urban Law from PUC/MG and in Administrative and Constitutional Law from EPD.

Her practice is characterized by advising major national and international players on topics such as climate change, biodiversity, ESG, solid waste, and contaminated land, in collaboration with the private sector, government agencies, financial institutions, scientific entities, and third-sector organizations. She is a member of the Brazilian Union of Environmental Law, the Brazilian Association of Professionals for Sustainable Development, and the Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action.
