A senior lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Felsberg Advogados, Lucas has experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has also advised clients on a variety of corporate, financial, commercial contract and third sector matters. In 2016, Lucas was elected tax advisor to Américas Amigas, a non-profit association that fights to reduce the number of deaths caused by breast cancer in Brazil, especially among the low-income population.
