Senior Lawyer

Barbara is a lawyer in the areas of Corporate and M&A and Innovation, Startups and Venture Capital. She has experience in the corporate area, advising clients in national and international transactions, in the area of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and other various corporate issues, and in the area of startups.

Barbara has six years of experience in the contract and corporate law area, with solid expertise in assisting national and foreign companies in negotiations of the most diverse corporate contracts necessary to conduct their business in Brazil, acting in the drafting and analysis of contracts for clients from the most diverse branches of activity, including sponsorship contracts, commercial representation, distribution, supply, service provision, loan, contracting, lease and confidentiality agreements, among others. She is familiar with the day-to-day corporate affairs of limited liability companies and corporations, including in connection with the registration of foreign direct investment (RDE-IED) and financial operations (RDE-ROF) with the Brazilian Central Bank system.
