Eduardo has more than 17 years of experience in complex litigation, with a demonstrated history of working on judicial reorganizations of companies in different sectors. He was nominated the lawyer of the bankruptcy of a financial institution by the 2nd Business Court of Rio de Janeiro, in which position he recovered about BRL 90 million in assets through revocation actions. He was the lead lawyer in a case related to the payment of the withdrawal amount (of over BRL 450 million) to a minority shareholder due to the incorporation by the parent company in condemnation, setting an important precedent in the Superior Court of Justice. Recently, he was responsible for obtaining a court order authorizing the largest sterilization company in Brazil to sterilize personal protective equipment (PPE), including N95 masks, for reuse by medical professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation.
