He has over fifteen 15 years of experience in tax law, with a strong background in tax advisory and administrative tax litigation at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and multinational companies of medium and largeall sizes, with significant experience in the mining, energy, infrastructure, and agribusiness sectors. His expertise encompasses direct and indirect taxes, corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, transfer pricing, and tax planning. He worked for nearly a decade at a renowned audit firm, where he held a managerial management position and completed an international assignment in Thailand, focusing on cross-border M&A transactions. He is also a professor at CEDIN – Centro de Estudos em Direito e Negócios and theand has authored author of book chapters and legal articles in the tax field.
