Partner in Demarest's Mergers and Acquisitions practice area, Juliana Maluf holds a master's degree in Law from Columbia University, a postgraduate degree in Business Law from FGV and a bachelor's degree in Law from PUC-SP. She concentrates her practice in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments, representing Brazilian and international clients. Juliana has a vast international experience, as she served as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, in New York, in the M&A practice area, working on M&A and private equity transactions.
