She concentrates her practice in matters involving clinical research, imports, marketing, and advertising of products regulated by ANVISA and MAPA, digital health, innovation and health technologies, protection of sensitive health data, biotechnology, and biodiversity, among others. Nicole has a solid background in contract law, assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, and supports M&A transactions and corporate structuring for companies in the health and agriculture sectors, including startups.
