Christina has more than 20 years of practice experience, gained through private practice and in–house experience in the US and China. Christina represents clients and investment funds in cross border transactions, especially in life sciences and high tech industries. She has represented clients in their financings, licensing and partnership transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures, manufacturing, distribution and marketing activities in China and US.
