Ana Carolina is a high-level, sophisticated lawyer who specializes in domestic and cross-border transactions involving investment funds. She is one of the co-founding partners of the investment funds practice at Mattos Filho and one of the most prominent specialists in investment funds and asset management in Brazil. Throughout her more than twenty years of professional experience, she has taken part in multiple transactions involving funds, across a wide range of sectors, with deep experience in private equity, infrastructure, credit, special situations and distressed. She previously worked as a foreign associate at the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
