Nicole provides legal assistance exclusively dedicated to individuals and family businesses, focusing on structuring and implementing alternatives for asset organization in Brazil and abroad, from a multidisciplinary legal perspective, including tax, corporate, succession, and family law.

She has expertise in corporate governance, succession, and estate planning, practicing in both advisory and litigation capacities in Family and Succession Law.

Additionally, she has extensive experience with relocating abroad and reorganizing international assets.

Nicole has been the director of the Brazilian branch of STEP – Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2020 and has also served as a director at IBRAPP – Brazilian Institute of Estate Planning since 2023.
