Arthur is a specialist in business disputes. He focuses his practice on international and domestic arbitration, court litigation and pre-litigation negotiations involving commercial and corporate disputes and M&A transactions. Arthur is regularly called upon by shareholders, boards of directors and executives to assist with conflicts related to corporate governance.

Prior to concentrating primarily on disputes, Arthur worked for years as a corporate lawyer, specializing in corporate and M&A transactions. He previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris and at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York.

Arthur is one of the founders and a former president of the Columbia International Arbitration Association in New York.
