Érika is a seasoned professional at the intersection of labor law and business strategy, providing counsel on labor and union-related matters, chiefly when matters are related to M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.

She works in complex and sensitive investigations, as well as the formulation and adjustment of compensation and benefit plans. Her expertise extends to adeptly representing companies in both judicial and administrative procedures, particularly in engagements with the Labor Prosecution Office and the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

Érika is also a coordinator of Labor and Employment Modernization at the American Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo (Amcham).
