He worked in Argentina, the United States, and Japan, which allowed him to provide tailored advice on comparative labor law and supporting corporate and finance transactions with a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach. He is an active member of several business and legal organizations, including the Business Management and Promotion of Local Japanese Companies Group and the Human Resources Committee of the Brazilian-Japanese Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo.
