Victor started working in Mattos Filho in 2005 and became a partner in 2019. Victor’s practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients in connection with public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and complex corporate reorganizations. He has substantial experience in Energy M&A, as well as in advising investors and management with corporate governance and corporate regulatory matters. Victor also worked as visiting attorney at the New York offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
