She assists with both administrative and judicial tax litigation, and advises on tax aspects of corporate structures and trade flows for a range of sectors, with vast experience in the health, transport, technology, energy, infrastructure and retail sectors.

Waleska is also experienced in analyzing tax benefits granted by municipal, state and federal authorities, as well as strategic tax business planning.
