Gali Grant is an experienced trial attorney and partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. Gali maintains a diverse practice focused on high-stakes corporate and financial litigation, with a particular depth in disputes involving private equity, lending, real estate and employment. She has litigated complex matters across the county and internationally, including marital asset disputes, intellectual property, contract disputes and entertainment litigation.

She represents a broad range of clients, including private equity firms, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, corporate directors, film studios, fashion companies, hotels, municipalities and emerging businesses. A Los Angeles-based lawyer, Gali has a growing presence in San Francisco, and is actively expanding Glaser Weil’s reach in the Bay Area market.

Whether artfully preventing litigation from being filed, directing settlement efforts or stepping in as lead trial counsel, Gali’s clients trust her to bring their matters to a successful conclusion. Her clients also rely on her to navigate not only the legal landscape but also reputational risk, as she is adept at managing litigation in parallel with aggressive press and social media campaigns.

Gali is particularly sought after for:

Complex business litigation Private equity and investment disputes Syndicated lending and finance litigation Employment disputes Real estate litigation High-net-worth marital asset disputes

Gali is committed to serving her community and, as a native Israeli, is particularly passionate about Jewish advocacy and philanthropy. In December 2022, Gali was selected to participate in Cohort II of the American Friends of the Hebrew University Leadership Empowerment and Development Program (AFHU LEAD), an exclusive 18-month immersive program designed to develop a new generation of leaders. She is also a co-chair of the firm’s Associate Development Committee, where she oversees associate mentoring and training, and a founding member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, where she assists with enhancing the infrastructure and overall culture of the firm.

Gali received her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society and a member of Loyola’s nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. She also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. R. Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court judge for the Central District of California.

Gali received her bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in law and society, from the University of California, San Diego.
