Rachael’s practice focuses on banking and commercial disputes. She has acted for a wide range of clients across sectors including retail, finance, telecommunications and public bodies, advising on complex contractual, regulatory and financial disputes.

Before joining Hausfeld, Rachael gained broad experience in both private practice and public service. She previously practised at the boutique litigation firm Wilson Harle and served as a Judge’s Clerk at the High Court of New Zealand.

Rachael was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2022. In addition to her client work, she is an active member of Hausfeld’s Women’s Alliance group and is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across the firm and wider profession.
