Binah is the Practice Group Leader of CH&’s Litigation Group. Her practice involves representing clients in complex business disputes, real estate, insolvency, and general commercial litigation. As an efficient and effective advocate for her clients, Binah delivers practical and strategic solutions for resolving complex issues in a focused manner. Binah represents her clients, ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies, across all phases of litigation and trial, while providing advice and counsel to help clients avoid getting there in the first place. Binah leverages her experience to proactively counsel clients, while providing solutions tailored to the unique challenges they face.
