Barbara Kelly has extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including representation of creditors' committees in connection with the structuring, formation, funding, tax treatment and operation of numerous large, national creditors' trusts. Her practice includes providing guidance on complex multi-entity trust structures and monetization transactions for a variety of unique assets under court supervision for the benefit of victims’ restitution trusts. She advises on tax structuring related to sophisticated domestic and international transactions both in and out of Chapter 11 cases.

Barbara began her professional career as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in New York City.
