Peter Farrell is a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group, practicing primarily in the area of U.S. federal income tax. Peter works closely with his clients in the tax-planning process, developing and implementing tax-efficient structuring of domestic and cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, restructurings and other reorganizations.

He advises clients on a full range of domestic and international taxation related issues to internal planning (both domestic and cross-border), capital markets, debt financings and renewable energy projects.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Peter was a special counsel at Baker Botts. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert A. Wherry, Jr., U.S. Tax Court.
