Jennifer Morris Hernandez is an associate in the firm’s International Transactions Practice Group. She advises clients on a variety of transactional matters in the areas of mergers and acquisition, equity capital markets, venture capital, energy and technology.

Prior to joining as an associate, Jennifer trained and qualified with the firm.

Jennifer is committed to pro bono, and has worked on projects with a variety of clients and also facilitates the firm's involvement at a legal advice clinic and other charitable initiatives.
