Jonathan Nye is a partner in Brown Rudnick's Finance Practice Group.

Jonathan’s practice focuses on the representation of borrowers, financial institutions and other lenders in a broad range of real estate finance, corporate finance and restructuring transactions, including acquisition financings, construction loans, cash flow and asset-based loans, mezzanine financings and fund financings.

He also has substantial experience representing holders of distressed debt in bankruptcy, loan workouts, real estate and asset foreclosures, forbearance arrangements, note sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and debt enforcement litigation.
