Vonisha is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, having joined the firm in 2022. Her practice primarily focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Restructuring, Corporate and Commercial.

Examples of recent work:

Currently assisting lead counsel acting on behalf of the Joint Provisional Liquidators of FTX Digital Markets Ltd. (‘In Provisional Liquidation’). Assisting Senior Attorney with research in relation to legal proceedings concerning a dispute involving $30M in frozen funds held in a local bank account. Assisting senior attorney with research in relation to defending legal proceedings brought against an Executor. Assisting lead counsel with company restoration applications.
