Position

Ming Lei advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector, including acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity investments, project finance and complex commercial agreements. Her practice spans upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas — including exploration, pipelines, marine terminal and storage assets, and refinery and petrochemicals — as well as energy transition projects. Additionally, Ming brings extensive experience advising China-based companies on their investments, commercial transactions, corporate governance, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance matters in the United States.
