Position
Stuart Glick is a seasoned trial attorney who represents CMBS lenders, commercial banks, investment funds and other lenders and financial institutions in all aspects of asset recovery matters and restructurings, as well as defending them against contract and business tort claims. His practice encompasses complex commercial, banking, real estate, CMBS and bankruptcy litigation, including matters involving syndicated and participated loans, lender liability claims, foreclosures, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues, debt restructurings and real estate-related disputes.
Stuart has extensive experience handling contested foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, fraud and fraudulent transfer claims, insolvency proceedings and disputes arising from distressed loans and complex financial transactions. He is known for representing lenders and financial institutions in matters that require coordinated litigation strategy, careful risk assessment and practical judgment, and he has litigated multi-jurisdictional matters before federal and state courts across the United States.
