Position

Taylor Stuart counsels energy, infrastructure, and industrial clients on matters involving environmental and natural resources law and policy. Her work extends to regulatory and litigation matters involving the US Department of the Interior, the US Environmental Protection Agency, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal agencies in connection with offshore wind development, federal land management, and midstream and downstream energy. Taylor is skilled in administrative procedure before federal agencies and is experienced with a range of federal statutes, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA), the Mineral Leasing Act (MLA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Taylor advises clients seeking environmental permits for large infrastructure projects and represents clients in litigation and environmental enforcement defense. She also counsels clients on environmental risks and liabilities associated with transactions.
