Young June Jhe focuses his practice on financial lending and banking transactions. He represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated leveraged financings, direct lending facilities, net asset value facilities and DIP financings.

Before joining Bracewell, June was an associate with an international law firm and served as a judicial clerk for Seventh District Judge David T. Emerson of the Superior Court of Georgia.
