Alyssa Domzal represents owners, developers and investors in a wide range of both commercial real estate transactions and land use and zoning matters.

Real Estate Transactions. Alyssa represents clients in transactions involving acquisition and dispositions, site development and construction, project financing, and leasing. Alyssa routinely advises on the real estate components of public-private partnership (P3) transactions.

Land Use and Zoning. Alyssa represents clients in land use and zoning matters, with a focus in Baltimore City, including appearances before administrative bodies such as planning commissions, historic preservation commissions, and zoning appeals boards. Alyssa routinely conducts zoning and permitting due diligence investigations for complex development projects nationwide.
