Kullarat Phongsathaporn has almost two decades of experience and has been a special counsel in Sydney since 2024. She is registered as a foreign lawyer in Australia and continues to provide Thai law advice. Recognised as a leading adviser in fintech, she plays an active role in the Firm’s regional and global fintech initiatives. She has made a substantial contribution to the banking industry and continues to support the development and progression of Thailand’s financial and banking landscape.
