Roberto Macías-Saltijeral is a transactional partner in Baker McKenzie's Guadalajara office with more than 14 years of experience with the Firm. Roberto mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contractual law, and foreign investment.

Roberto has experience in general corporate counseling and in corporate restructurings, as well as private equity transactions. He routinely represents multinational companies on Mexican and cross-border business and soft-landing structures.
