Carla regularly advises on matters in the intersection of regulatory, data privacy and intellectual property for the manufacturing, import, distribution, advertising, labeling, commercialization and post-market vigilance of medicines, medical devices, food and beverages, cosmetics, seeds, cannabis, veterinary products, chemicals, alcohol and tobacco.
