Biography:

Andres Wagner is the head of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in Santiago. He practices mainly in the areas of real estate law, as well as corporate, securitization and M&A transactions. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean-German Chamber of commerce.

Practice Focus:

Mr. Wagner focuses his practice on property development and is seasoned in handling legal matters relevant to the hotels and tourism industry. He routinely advises local and foreign investors on a broad range of property issues.

• Advised Tribasa Cono Sur in connection with the privatization of toll road Santiago / Los Vilos (210 kms).
• Advised Tribasa Chile in connection with the privatization of the toll road Acceso Norte a Concepcion (100 kms).
