Rocío is a senior attorney in the Buenos Aires office of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences group. She represents and provides advice to Argentine and foreign companies on corporate and commercial law matters, with experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, corporate law and regulatory aspects.

Before joining Baker McKenzie in 2020, Rocío advised local and international clients in other renowned law firms and assisted as an in-house lawyer at leading laboratories of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Argentina, with broad experience in complex transactions at a regional level.
