She is experienced in advising clients in various segments of the healthcare and insurance industries in acquisitions and divestitures, SEC reporting requirements and general corporate matters. Amy is the former leader of BakerHostetler’s Columbus Business Group. She focuses on meeting the needs of clients in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining a thorough understanding of their industries to deliver the most effective service to meet corporate needs.
