A highly experienced intellectual property attorney, Adam Forman focuses on all aspects of patent procurement, opinions related to patentability and freedom to operate, the development and application of global intellectual property protection strategies and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Adam has written and successfully prosecuted thousands of patent applications both domestically and abroad in a wide array of technologies. Examples of his experience in the mechanical and electrical arts include medical devices, electrical connectors, optical transceivers, industrial equipment and nanotechnologies.
