West Coast Senior Consultant - Office of the Chair

In his 35-year career, Eric Sagerman has served at the highest level of senior management in two Am Law 100 firms. He has served on their respective boards of directors, compensation committees and operating groups and as office managing partner and chair of one firm’s National Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Eric’s capabilities include distressed capital raising, restructurings and workouts, dispositions, liquidations and other debt, and operational and financial restructurings.

As a pivotal player in BakerHostetler's West Coast expansion, Eric maintains an office in Los Angeles as the firm's West Coast senior consultant and as part of the Firmwide Office of the Chair.
