Marisa White is a seasoned M&A Partner who counsels private and public companies -- including leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies -- on high stakes, complex transactions across a broad range of industries. Her practice spans domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings, carve-outs, and joint ventures. Marisa brings particular strength to deal structuring, risk allocation, and negotiating critical commercial terms, regularly navigating clients through transformative transactions involving fast-moving sectors such as tech, life sciences, healthcare, energy, industrials, infrastructure, and aerospace and defense.

In addition to her transactional work, Marisa advises boards and executive teams on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and other sensitive corporate and commercial matters, serving as a trusted legal and strategic advisor in moments of growth, transition and complexity.
