Adam Ismail is an English-qualified Associate based in the firm's Dubai office. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory matters, with significant experience in the energy, technology and media sectors.

Adam previously practiced in the London office of a leading U.S. law firm, where he was an associate in the corporate team.
