Chad Passlow is a Partner in the Global Projects group in the United Arab Emirates with a focus on energy, energy transition and infrastructure transactions across the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Chad advises procurers, sponsors and lenders on project development transactions, acquisitions and other commercial transactions (including private-public partnerships) in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, with particular experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy transition and both conventional and renewable power.
