Kimberly has significant expertise in the negotiation of purchase, sale, development, and management agreements for hotel and resort properties, senior living facilities, and multifamily housing projects. She also has extensive experience in ground leasing and other leasing transactions, including those involving office space, data centers, large headquarters, restaurants, industrial/flex properties, refrigerated warehouses, and retail stores.
