• Represents clients in relation to energy generation and production, project development, financing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, trading and regulation across the energy, renewables, low carbon and thermal power sectors in both mature and emerging markets.
• Advises in relation to the full spectrum of energy transition matters including battery and energy storage, electric vehicles and charging, carbon capture and storage, clean hydrogen, green ammonia and sustainable aviation fuel.
• Co-head of the firm’s projects & energy transition practice and ESG practice.
