Robert Aulsebrook is head of the international finance group in the London office of Akin Gump. He focuses on international debt finance, capital markets and derivatives and advises corporate borrowers, lenders, investment funds, investment fund managers, among others. For borrowers and lenders, he advises on terms of primary market loans, including syndicated loans, secured and unsecured lending, acquisition finance and project finance. He acts for issuers and purchasers of equity and debt instruments, depository receipts, Eurobonds, convertible debt securities and commercial paper. He advises extensively on financing and investment in Western and Eastern Europe and the MENA region, with a particular focus on Russia.
