Her practice encompasses the implementation of constant improvements in due diligence services provided by the firm in merger and acquisition transactions and other types of transactions, standardization of internal procedures and documents, attorneys and interns’ training for the implementation of improvements and constant monitoring of internal procedures. She has previous experience in corporate and merger and acquisitions areas.
