Ferraz is specialist in Corporate Law, international investment, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions involving national and international organizations of several sizes and structured under different corporate models. Her practice encompasses the provision of legal assistance related to corporate matters, incorporation of joint ventures, drafting documents, purchasing and sales contracts, shareholders and quotaholders’ agreements, corporate reorganization acts, and the coordination of corporate works. She also engages activities in general meetings and quotaholders’ meetings, in the conduction of corporate proceedings before regulatory bodies (Brazilian Central Bank, Superintendency of Private Insurance – SUSEP, among others), in the response to consultancies related to several matters of corporate nature, and in the provision of assistance to international investors, including in their registry at the Brazilian Central Bank. Ferraz has previous experience in areas of knowledge such as regulated companies (such as financial institutions and insurance companies), food and beverage, e-commerce, energy, pharmaceutical, paper and cellulose, pharmaceutical products, chemical, services, and retail.
