He has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, service provision, energy, and financial institutions. His practice encompasses the provision of structuring and legal assistance on the participation of clients in bidding processes in the area of electric power, the structuring, review of terms and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, supporting the identification of the different models adopted in infrastructure projects, and the provision of assistance to international clients intending to start business in Brazil.
