Specialist in legal solutions for asset and succession planning in order to organize management and succession with legal security, business logic, and family harmony. Provides assistance in the structuring of assets with a focus on succession, taking into account tax and corporate issues, both in Brazil and abroad. His work involves the preparation of various legal instruments, such as prenuptial agreements, stable union contracts, donation contracts, wills, advance directives (for situations of incapacity), family protocols, family committees, in addition to the revision of instruments and support in the preparation of documents related to assets abroad, such as wills, trusts, and foundations, among others.

Has strong experience in the consensual resolution of highly complex inheritance and family law issues.
