He works on the implementation of mergers and acquisitions, financing, direct investments and joint ventures. Advises on multidisciplinary negotiations, complex contracts, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, crisis and corporate governance. Has experience in structuring deals related to infrastructure projects for road, airport and port concessions and in structuring and restructuring deals involving different jurisdictions in the naval, infrastructure, retail/wholesale and civil construction areas.
